Great bare foot feel with protection

great bare foot feel! good for trail running and crossing creeks. feet dont slosh around when wet. they are quite thin, so i probably wouldn't recommend for rocky trails till your feet are tough. Ive been enjoying running and slack lining in mine.

Like wearing sports cars.

I was looking for shoes that allowed me full articulation of my feet and let me feel the textures of the ground but at the same time provided enough protection from rocks and sticks while hiking. These are perfect except for one drawback: the neoprene uppers get pretty hot and don't breathe very well. It feels kind of like wearing a pair of wool socks. My next pair will be some Sockwa Amphibian
