I have used Sole arch

I have used Sole arch supports for years, in particular the D.K. model. For running, backpacking, and working all day they provide far better support than any other I have tried. I use some stick-on metatarsal pads for the pair I keep in my hiking boots, but prefer to put them in myself just where I want them so wouldn't see the lack of met. support as a fault in these insoles. I have struggled with plantar fasciitis for a very long time and find these to be the absolute best support to keep it at bay. Note also that I don't use the custom forming feature; I just put them in my shoes as-is, leaving the arch up at full height.
