Wanted to love them...

The black version of this boot has a greater variation in color than the online picture would lead one to believe. They are more of a light gray and black. More than that, they just have a very odd fit, with a lot of room in the toes, impossibly tight were the seam is, and a very loose heel. Despite wanting the boots as pictured for my next great slip-on boots, I just couldn't get passed the awkward fit and feel. Maybe in time and with thick socks they would stretch and conform to one's foot, but I wasn't willing to risk it based on the initial foot feet.
