Unfortunately the boot didn't fit but the customer service was exemplary. The exceptional service included delivery, return and reimbursement. A true gem in today's online businesses.

love my boots

size is just right. I got the 71/2 , I sometimes can wear a 7. Never an 8 and these were very roomy, have to wear a thick sock with them. So order your normal size in these boots.

No insulation!

These boots are super cute but are really more of a rain boot than for the snow. There is no insulation and very little padding in the sole. I had to add an insole and put on wool socks to even be able to wear them around town.

Great style but not so comfy

Boot looks great as it does in pics, but is not up to Sorel's standards regarding comfort. I've got a felt boot from a few years back made by Sorel that rocks on comfort - but this boot acks support and my feet felt like they were "flopping around" inside. I intended to wear them for everyday running around and might have been in them for hours at a stretch with lots of walking, so felt they wouldn't be best choice for that due to comfort factor.

Great, cute boots

These little ankle boots are great for being out and about on wet or snowy days. They are comfortable for walking and have good grip on the bottom, despite the heel. They have the Sorel look, but in a slightly modified, more feminine version. The top is fairly open, so not a good option for deep snow, but perfect for tucking in a pair of skinny jeans and heading out to do errands.
