I took the Adventurer on my Tahoe to Yosemite trip. It worked well and is very simple to operate. Be sure not to allow the water sensor to come out of the water during treatment or the safety feature will shut off the UV and require starting over.
Best use of this water treatment is for solo or perhaps 2 hikers. It takes just 90 seconds to treat a liter, but for a larger group a filter would like
