I thought I was getting a more exspensive pair of the other inserts sold at other stores, man was i wrong!!! These things feel great, and actually help. I had pain after the first day of wearing them so I contacted a superfeet rep. (Jim), he told me you are supposed to wear them 2 hrs. the first day, 4 hrs. the second, and 6 the third day, then all the time. I tried his advice and after the sec
