This helmet is excellent. One of the most comfortable paddling helmets out there, and the removable visor is great for those sunny days. One thing: I measured the circumference of my head, and it was comfortably in the M-L size range. However, the M-L size helmet was decidedly too small. Camp Saver is super good about item returns and exchanges, but just a heads up to those considering purchasing this helmet without first testing the size options in person.
