Most Helpful Positive Review Great cot!
This is the second time I've purchased this cot. We use them constantly, not only for camping but when my daughter has friends over. They are super light and very sturdy, plus comfortable. The round feet keep from digging into the tent bottom or carpet. Assembly is quick and easy, although a sma...

Most Helpful Negative Review Good cot with some issues
I have an older version of this cot, bought shortly after Thermarest purchased the original manufacturer. I find it to be very comfortable to sleep on, especially with a pad on top. Mine has twist bows, so 2 sets of poles for each leg, although you can remove some for lighter weight at the expense o...

very nice and lightweight coat

by Andrea CQ Lee, Verified Owner from DE, United States Written on April 30, 2023
Assembly is not as difficult as you might think.

Light enough for actual backpacking use.

It can be used more lightly by removing two of the six horizontal supports.

Very good product, highly recommended.

Impossible to assemble, but comfy when it's done.

by kusabob, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on June 26, 2020
I consider myself a fairly strong person, but it was close to impossible to get the tension rods "hooked" on the side bars. I had to rest after putting together just one because it took that much energy. Conceptually, it seems like this design would work but in reality it is AWFUL. Unless you deadweight boulders as a hobby, it would be a nightmare assembling and disassembing this cot, espicially after a long day of backpacking. Don't let the nice price lure you into purchasing this product - it is NOT WORTH IT.
Pros:
  • Lightweight
Cons:
  • Cannot assemble
Best Used for:
  • never

lightweight Cot for hiking

by Karson, Verified Owner from NA, Hong Kong Written on April 19, 2020
Not sure if it is the best one. But it s really good for hiking. This is the first cot I have and the weight is really good. Comparing with those matte. it is not big and heavy as all.

However it s a little bit hot.

Awesome cot!

by David C., from WA, United States Written on May 20, 2016
This cot looked complicated to assemble but it’s actually quite easy and quick. I bought the XL size and can’t believe how roomy and comfortable it is compared to my old 24x70 cot. I weight 160 lbs and used all the bows for a firm but still forgiving bed. Highly recommended.
