Too small; otherwise it would be perfect. - Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XTherm Sleeping Pad

20" turned out to be too small. While I could lay and rest on the pad, my arms dangled uncomfortably off the sides. I realized I need a wider mat in order to be comfortable. However, as far as design, cushion, weight and ease of inflation go, it couldn't be beat.It is a Therm A Rest, after all.
