Comfy and warm
Comfy as all get and keeps you warm! Used in high altitude Wyoming wilderness and couldn’t have been happier! Nice vision with a grip on the bottom to keep it on the floor of the tent and under your bag!

Most comfortable pad with which I can backpack
As I have gotten older, I have come to recognize just how important a good night's sleep is on the trail. I have evolved from being something of a minimalist, to choosing areas in which I will add weight for comfort. The Thermarest Trail Pro is one such area. I'm 5'7'', and 70 years old. And I still do some challenging backpacks. I am truly happy to carry this pad, despite the fact that it is a good pound heavier than other pads I already own. I sleep VERY well on it. I do have the extra wide regular - and the width makes a big difference. And I am a side sleeper who regularly shifts from one side to the other - with this pad this is not a noisy and disruptive move, but very similar to what I experience in my very comfortable bed at home. I'm happy to carry the extra weight; and I will put up with the additional volume the pad takes in my pack. I'll cut corners elsewhere.

Light and easy fill
Haven't had a chance to use this pad yet, but it fits my needs. I'll be kayaking overnight and need equipment that packs down small. I wanted self inflating with thermal protection from the ground. I usually camp in my teardrop nowadays so back to tent camping is a true adventure. I've tested the pad on my tile floor and cushioning from the hard cold is impressive. Only took a few breaths more to fully inflate. Think I'm all set to travel light on the river.

Love how small this sleeping pad rolls up to be, and Therm-A-Rest is a great company! I am happy with the thickness, which is perfect for backpacking comfortably. I would recommend this product to everyone!

Comfortable mat
Even though the mat looks thin, it is a nice comfort for sleeping on the ground.
