I sleep in a hammock, and like to easily carry all my sleeping gear in my backpack. I have used a variety of covers from heavy wool to down sleeping bag. I'm 5'10" and this covers me well. It's not for cold weather camping, but I would use it as a layer in cooler seasons. For how feather light it is, it offers lots of warmth, without the same issues as down (moisture, cleaning, cost). I'm so happy with it, next I'm checking out the honcho poncho, because it should be made of the same materials.
