The pack is comfortable and looks good. On my first time using it I stuffed my footprint in the front pocket in the morning and the color ran onto the footprint, never had a pack bleed before! Then a few months later the trail I was on had a washout I didn't see and the trail gave way, I slid down incline and the pack stay broke. I contacted Thule and they offer no parts or any ability to repair the pack. They did however offer me $100 off a new one. Unfortunately this is not a pack worth paying $300 for especially since there is very limited support.
