Welded nut is not aligned correctly - worthless and can not use

There is a welded nut to receive a bolt that will slot through the trailer hitch to secure the rack from sliding out (Which is very important as long as you don't want the rack to slide out and fall off your hitch) that is off center so the bolt wont screw in. BIG FAIL!!!! So now I can really use this rack. I thought since it is a Thule it would have passed inspections/quality control?!!! I would have expected Thule to at least make sure all parts would assemble and work...????? I guess not. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!
