I started flying Delta instead of Southwest and needed a work around on baggage fees when I travel with ski equipment. Since they let this go with skis as long as not combined over 50 lbs, the bag fee savings paid for this in one round trip. It carries enough that when combined with stuff in the ski bag, I just do a carry-on.
