Great rack.
Heavy duty rack that can handle two ebikes. Easy to assemble and install into a hitch that I I put on a 2019 Kia Sportage. It does block the view of my license plate when it is in the raised position, which made it necessary to adjust one of the crossbars. My girlfriend has the same rack on a BMW X5 where the license plate is placed at a higher level and is not blocked. It also blocks the backup camera when the rack is in the raised position, so I have to be a little more diligent when I back up. Overall it's a very nice rack that is strong enough to handle the heavier ebikes. I highly recommend it.

Used/Open Box
At receiving the box was torn with the product sticking out at the corner. The product itself was cover with dust and the manual was crushed inside, not in an envelope nor plastic folder. One of the bike holders is very hard to pull up and when forced you hear a loud snapping noice.
