Broke already

I love the rack, it is easy to use, easy to mount, and has a secure system. The locking cable system broke within the first month of use. The plastic end piece, that secures the cable to the rack snapped off, and now there is no way to lock the bikes on the rack.

Perfect if…..

The rack is easy to install, simple to use, and very secure. The handle’s placement makes folding it away and lowering it for trunk access a breeze. I really like the added security of locking cables, though I only trust them for quick trips away from my car. They would not stop a thief with a wire cutter. We have 2 full suspension trail mountain bikes. Despite adjusting the trays to thier fullest, there is no way to mount them without lowering the seats. Luckily, we have dropper seat posts, so this is no issue. It is a minor issue, but one that should be noted.

Excellent product

Very solid bike carrier. It's quite heavy, but I guess that's evidence of the excellent build quality.
