I'm glad I paid extra for the Command vs Commute or even the D-Lux which I was also considering. I travel by plane maybe once every two years, so even though I won't be using the TSA features often, I know how handy they will be in cutting down stress when you're at the airport juggling multiple items. I love the slippery texture of the bag (no tweed etc) which ensures it stays doghair-free (I have a dog) and professional looking (I'm a multimedia designer). The bag is tough and the strap is wide and distributes the weight nicely on my shoulders. I'm 5 ft. tall and the bag's width is a perfect size for me. I am enjoying the multiple pockets. I am even using the luggage sleeve as a pocket for the power adapter for my 15.4" MacBook (and yes, a 15.4" laptop fits the Medium size Command laptop 2014 model); the luggage sleeve has a velcro tab sealing its bottom end. The laptop compartment holds my laptop, a mouse pad and a bathing suit (acts as padding--the outer part of the bag has little padding). The main compartment holds a lot--books, sketchpad, medium Wacom tablet, files, my mouse, headphones, 2 WD Passport hard drives each in a CaseLogic hardcase, glasses, and pens--so much more than my previous Golla Lifestyle Slim bag (which I also love but it's just too small). The zippered pockets in front hold flash drives, earphones and USB cords.
