Exactly As Described But Better
I’m 5’2” and it comes right to the knee. The fabric is stretchy but not flimsy--I can probably get away with not wearing a bra! The tie is sewn to the sides and can be wrapped around twice. Can dress it up or down. The pockets are deep, and I’m sure my phone can fit in without slipping out. It does have a great weight to it, and at 66 yrs. of age--the elbow-length sleeves are a plus. I’m going to purchase another in a different color!
