6ft, 185lbs and the large was a perfect fit. It’ll make for a great layering piece, with room enough for a hoodie or sweater underneath and not so bulky that I can’t wear a shell over it. I’ve been wearing it so far in 30/40/50 degree weather and I haven’t felt too hot or too cold yet.
