Trangia 27-3 UI Hard Anodized Stove Kit is complete set for back country cooking by alcohol. It's lightweight and stove with wind stopper.
I haven't had chance to test it in cold weather but I think it will perform well. Alcohol stove is less convenient compared to gas stove but I have gas stove to use when I need to cook more complex food.
