Trangia 27-3 UI Hard Anodized Stove Kit is complete set for back country cooking by alcohol. It's lightweight and stove with wind stopper. I haven't had chance to test it in cold weather but I think it will perform well. Alcohol stove is less convenient compared to gas stove but I have gas stove to use when I need to cook more complex food.

Durable and Lightweight cookware

27-3 is an excellent cookset for one-person lightweight backpacking. I used to bring this cookset for camping when 2D1L!
But the frying pan of this cookset, I think, is not the best choice for beef steak.
I would only use the frying pan for cooking chicken-wing/pork etc...

  • Need to extra buy gas stove for it
Best Used for:
  • Lightweight camping
