If you own a Trangia, get a pack of these. If you are ordering a new stove, get a pack of these and have them shipped together. If you have an old military surplus trangia that leaks, get a pack of these. I have a buddy that had a military surplus stove that was abused (most all surplus ones are) and it leaked when carried with fuel in it. The stove still worked, and that was my first introduction

The product was great! Band new in package and shipping wasnt bad either! Highly recommend this place! I havent had to use this product yet...but I'm sure I will be using them soon! Thank you guys! I will definitely be buying from you all again in the future!

Triangia O ring

Works as expected. Every once in a while you need to replace the "O" ring in the lid of your stove, so it doesn't leak. I have taken to rubbing olive oil on the rings so they won't dry out. It helps, some what. Best thing to do is carry a spare, with you.

You'll need these, get them now

Thank you to CampSaver for carrying so many Trangia supplies. Its the main reason I shop here. We discovered on our last camping trip that the O-Ring had somehow completely disappeared, but not before we lost most of the fuel we were carrying in it. Now we carry the extra with us, in case of another disappearance. Just get it now, because eventually you are going to need it and you'll be glad you already have it.

After long exposure to stove alcohol, the O-ring in the lid of a trangia will dry out. You need to put an extra O-ring in your kit.

Oooops is a bad thing

These things are sort of a spare tire for your stove. If you haven't found your unit suddenly leaking and wondering why ... usually several miles from where it was last used (where was that?), just wait your turn! Carry a pair of these and leave another worry behind you ... they weigh next to nothing a will save you a world of hurt.
