It is ultralight and I suppose you pay a durability
penalty for that feature; I cut some bamboo utensils to fit inside the set for non-scratch stirring. Bought both pans in the long run because they are of such clever design. Don't start off on the cheap, just buy the whole set and be done with it. I use it for car camping, when a cup of hot water is not enough in the way of food prep.

Stackable and nest with others, hard anodized or not. These pans come in different sizes and litres(for you metric people). When buying, you might want to spend a little more money and get the hard anodized pots and pans(they're the same sizes) but don't dent as easily.Fry pans come the same way and are just big enough to cover the biggest pan.

Grease pans generously for cornbread and/or biscuits.Works excellant for baking just about anything, but be warned excessive scratching of inside of pan could possibly leave a metal taste in your mouth.
