Having climbed the last decade on a mix of Trango Superfly and BD Neutrino/OZ draws I have zero problem with clipping these slick little numbers. Trango has always offered a top shelf product in my opinion and I was happy to see nothing has changed since I last updated my rack. My beloved Superfly wires will now become alpine draws with these Phase quick draws taking the brunt of the abuse now.
The snappy gate action is a welcome feeling, especially combined with the ergonomic feel of 5e basket while clipping. I have no issues with the dog bone either, super light and well bar-tacked I have little doubt they will last as long as my last set of BD bones. Silly perhaps, but I’m also super psyched on the colorways chosen for these Phase draws - they look sharp as heck on my harness and they are easy to spot in the grab pile at the end of the day!
Great ultra light draws at a great price!

These draws are an incredible value for the price. They aren't the lightest, but you'd have to spend a lot more to shave off a noticeable difference. The clipping biner stays aligned and makes clipping as easy as possible, and the nylon-dyneema blend dogbone will last a long time while maintaining strength. You can't go wrong with these quickdraws.
