These are a great pair of shoes. The binding system is easy to use. Traction and flotation are great. Definitely worth the extra money, will complete review after a long hike in the mountains. Shipped out and arrived quick.

Love 'em!

I used these on a 4000ft+ ascent in NH recently, they performed beautifully both ascending and descending. Easy on/off binding, lightweight and maneuverable. Very aggressive crampons helped with steep pitches and ice. Go with the shorter length if you don't need exceptional flotation, especially for snow conditions in the northeast.
