Brad Briner's Review of Twenty Two Designs Outlaw X Telemark Binding
I started telemark skiing in 1994 and most recently switched to NTN from traditional duckbill this ski season. I have both the outlaw mounted on moment bibby pros and freeride on the moment deathwish. The outlaw can be a little finicky stepping into but the spring tension is easier to adjust than the freeride and doesn’t require purchasing new tubes. I have leashes on the outlaw and I prefer brakes but they can be difficult to place on the ski binding. The outlaw does not come with brakes. Overall it’s a decent binding
Pros:
Adjustable tension
Cons:
Finicky getting into
Would Recommend:
Yes
