I bought this pack for trail runs in the 6-12 mile range. I've used it about 5 times, and so far I'm very pleased. The zippered pocket fits a large smart phone, but not much else. I can also fit various nutrition and an additional layer on the pack. The buckle is very well designed also. The only negative: there are no magnets on the holsters, as advertised.
