I'd give 5 stars for the cover. Thumb hole works great for my small hand. So phyched to have a good grip of the bottle, finally! The only problem was that water was dripping from the twist top. I luckily had Ultimate Direction bottle which fits perfectly. This combo is definitely a 5 star.
