The Spry Run Vest is very well made. It can be adjusted to fit a small frame. I am 5'2" and wear a size 4 and I can adjust the straps to fit my frame. I purchased a hydrapak, so that I can use the vest on long runs. It has nice storage compartments for snacks, keys, lip balm, etc.
I am very well satisfied with my purchase.
