Fire Up Your Pizza
First use with pellets created a real fire in the oven to heat the stone. Unfortuneatly, I did not pay attention and singed the back edges. It only took about one minute to cook. Now, with a few pizzas under my belt, I can get the stone hot enough to crisp the crust and cook the top without any burnt parts. This was a great addition to backyar cooking. It's not too big and it's easy to clean. This unit was rated very high on several sights and I can agree that the reviews are accurate. I added the gas burner, but since the pellets work so good I have not installed it.

- Outside gets very hot, be careful

This thing is amazing we made the best wood fired pizza,unbelievable how fast it heats up!We made four pizzas in 10 minutes! It was very easy to assemble,it comes everything you need to make wood fired pizza at home.
