Every member of our family owns a pair of these - they are the absolute best for winter and snowy days. They're waterproof, super warm, and the tread is awesome. We walk our dogs every day in icy snowy conditions and am always so happy to be able to throw these on. All the benefits of snow boots but without that clunky feel.

I ordered these sneakers because my regular sneakers leave my feet cold when the temperature drops and I would like to continue my daily fitness walks whenever possible through the winter in comfort. The size (Men's 7.5, Women's 9) fit perfectly, no "breaking in" needed as the uppers naturally give a bit as needed and nothing chafed on my first few walks . These shoes are very sturdy and do keep feet warm. They have a coating of Sctochgaurd that helps with minor moisture but is not fully waterproof. As advertised, they do clean up pretty easily (my first walk featured a damp and muddy run-in with a cloudburst). I did, however, need to annotate the arch support for my plantar-fascitis prone feet. All this said, this isn't really a "walking shoe" (it's a little too flat soled for that but that is how this shoe works and I did know that going in) . I will continue to use for my daily 2 mile walk when the weather is frosty but will likely default to my husband's old Gor-Tex hiking boots (okay but not great fit) on wetter days or, on very snowy days. my snow boots (terrible for walking but warm and dry up to mid-calf). Lastly, beyond functionality, these shoes have personality and good looks.

Honestly I ordered the shoes not really sure what to expect and it came right away! Literally my package came before the shipping date and the shoes were perfect, everything in order, exactly what I wanted!

Bought these in Leather/Brown/Herringbone. Good shoes for work/casual environments. Comfortable, quick lace up is nice and look great with jeans. Sizing seems a little off to me; they seem to run almost a half size large. The only thing I recommend is a set of paracord laces. The quick lace system will chew up the laces these shoes come with. Don't know how long the soles will last or how they hold up over time, but many of my retired Vans have done well through the years. YMMV.
