I have several sets of these stakes and they're great. Lightweight, yet strong. Hold well. I recommend them.

Just your basic stake!
These are your basic Y-beam stakes(6-1/2" to 7-0") extruded aluminum w/ a pull cord.They're not red or blue,but are brite and shiny enough to see in the dark,especially connected to reflective guy line.

Hot stakes!
These stakes are pretty much the "plain jane" of tent and footprint stakes.No anodization,but still brite enough to be seen in the dark.The cord loop on each stake is for quick removal.

No fancy colors-IT JUST WORKS!
No fancy colors, but they're strong, lightweight, haven't bent yet (but I'll be going to BWCA so we'll see). I carry few different types of tent stakes for different soil, so far, these have worked gr8 in all! In one of the packages I purchased, one stake was slightly 'twisted.' I wrote Vargo, we'll see what they do, but it's still functional. Gr8 price and fast shipping from campsaver! I'll b
