Of all the ones I have seen on the the market (11 different models),this model is one of the best made, it accepts more than one design edge or lip, is relatively stable in use with pan of water as long as a firm good grip is established and gloves are recommended to protect hands when handling hot items or near a fire. Light strong but losable

This pot lifter does the job. I wanted something super light weight and strong and this is it. My main concern was how losable it was. I need to put some bright tape on to to make sure it doesn't get lost in the brown dirt and leaf litter if the campsite. Because do the thinness of construction it is not the most comfortable pot lifter. But if you want lightness and strength this is it.
