Great in the beginning - then not so muc - Walkstool Comfort

I used this stool for disc golfing for about 1.5yrs. One of the legs broke and WalkStool refuses to honor their 2yr warranty. They say it was not a quality issue, but a misuse. They said I used it on uneven ground and that caused the failure. It is advertised for outdoor use, the ground is not always even. I did not use it on monstrous slopes. I took what I thought was reasonable care with this
