These pants are awesome. The water just beads up and off. Nice Pockets that are flannel lined. The magnetic built in belt is great. The 4 way stretch is phenomenal, this is the real deal stretch, no strain in stepping up or rise up the leg. My wife had hated all my other pants so i decided it was time for something new. I seen a guy wearing these in the supermarket and said "thats the pants"! In
