Most Helpful Positive Review Owned a Twin for Years
Just bought a king size for or bed. In 2008 I purchased a twin for my wife. It is her “go to.” Light as a feather. Silky to the touch. Warm. Extremely durable. Super luxurious product. Once in a lifetime splurge. If the king size is like the twin, the blanket will last for years.

I own 4 king size versions and decided to get a twin size for my wife to cuddle with when watching tv or on a plane. This is quality and made in USA so for me I highly recommend it for you to experience comfort. Sleep well and keep you dreams secret

Western Mountaineering Gold

If you've experienced Western Mountaineering products, you quickly come to the conclusion that although these items seem outrageously expensive, over time you receive your value and then some back. This product is no different. Warm and built to last, it is a great item around the home or around the campsite. Super light and super warm it won't disappoint.

Western Mountaineering Cloud 9 quilt

by Dean D., from NV, United States Written on June 3, 2023
I have the king size for my queen size bed. It’s about 3 pounds, very light for the size. The comforter is warm and comfortable. You need a duvet cover to keep it from sliding around. The fabric is nice but slick. The comforter comes with a tie on each corner to attach to a duvet cover.
Pros:
  • Warm , light
Cons:
  • Expensive
Best Used for:
  • Bed

Western Mountaineering Cloud 9

by Dean D., Verified Owner from NV, United States Written on May 17, 2023
Made in USA. This is very comfortable. Not as thick as I envisioned, but for the weight, it’s good. The king size only weighs 3 pounds. The fabric is soft. The down is great. No leaking feathers. Western Mountaineering has great sleeping bags, and this comforter is right in line with their standard. Expensive but 800 down comforters are not cheap, and this comforter is good quality at a reasonable price.
Pros:
  • soft and comfortable
Cons:
  • Expensive
Best Used for:
  • Comfortable sleeping
Would recommend: Yes
