Great but...... - Western Mountaineering Down Booties - Unisex

Great item, as you would expect from Western Mountaineering
But these are more slippers than booties. They have a stiff foam sole and DON'T compress small.
For that reason, no compression sack is included. You COULD hike/backpack with these, but if you are looking for something to wear INSIDE your sleeping bag, go with the Flash booty. I actually, bought the EXPED down booty which compresses in its (supplied) waterproof sack to the size of a soda can. Fluffy, high loft down, but no stiff bottom sole.
So assess your needs- for trekking around the campsite, these are great. For something to keep your feet warm INSIDE your bag, go with something else. I have BOTH styles now, so I'm a happy camper, (groan)
