comfortable hiking pants
Comfortable and versatile. This is a nice pair of pants for hiking. Some stretch for easy movement. Quick drying when they do get wet. Pant leg sits at ankle when left long (I am 5'5"), pull up nicely as a long shorts. Pockets will hold keys and a few other things without worrying that they will fall out.

Good transition pant
So I got these for my bride. I have been trying to get her into wearing some "outdoor" style clothing. instead of stretchy pants and jeans. These fit the bill and she actually likes them. Yay! So they have a nice cut on the backside, they have a nice roomy top area while maintaining a nice tapered leg so they still have some style. She reports that she thinks they are hight quality, good stitching, the hight ankle cut is good for moist hiking conditions so the cuff stays dry and comfortable. Mission accomplished!!
