Got a good deal on it. Yakima prices their tent in pieces (tent, awning, annex), meaning that if you buy all three it's likely not any cheaper than other manufacturers. But, it does allow everyone to somewhat customize their setup. Personally, I got this so I'd be able to store some bags/shoes/etc somewhere accessible while having them protected from the elements. Having a changing room as a bonus as well.
