Good Customer Service

Size of boots too big so had to return. They offered me a different color in size I needed and I agreed. Then they said they didn't have that either. I asked for a refund and they promptly gave it. My only concern is they don't seem to know their inventory. If they didn't have my size in the second instance why offer a replacement they didn't have either? But they promptly refunded my money which

Ok, so, my husband and I did a ton of research on which boot to buy. We knew that we needed to have the best boot since we would be punishing our feet with a lot of walking and a lot of weight for a few days (three day hike in the Santa Cruz mountains).
