Start with Zamberlan quality, the other two pair I own with some miles on them wear like iron. I have been wearing this new pair around the house to make sure they are keepers. That said , I am impressed with the initial comfort right out of the box. Love the fit of the heel box and the roomy toe box! Now these boots are not sneakers, they are meant to work ,so the uppers will need some break in like any boot of this height. Also they are serious boots meant to perform and take abuse on the trail so they are not a light boot. Overall I expect them to meet or exceed expectations and probably won’t be able to wear them out in my lifetime! ( not a kid). The only wait and see is the lining. These boots are fully leather lined instead of fabric. Crazy comfortable, will lt wear as well? Look forward to the miles to see!
Pros:
Built to work and last while taking care of your feet
Cons:
A little pricey- normal for the quality
Would recommend: Yes
