I made my own ultralight drinking cup from an aluminum water bottle by cutting it off about half way up. It fits perfectly inside my cook pot along with all of the other items. I added a drink koozie to keep the heat away from hands (except when I WANT that heat) but my lips were always being burned when drinking coffee. I own a few different pots now - Trangia, MSR Titan, Evernew Pasta - and these Snow Peak Lip Protectors fit on all of them. As long as there’s a curve, these things will bend to fit on it. And most importantly, they protect your lips from burnage.
There’s two of them so I can put one in two of the pots for storage.
I can't speak to the Glacier cup specifically, but I can tell you that the Hotlips will fit snugly on an cup with a lip that measures up to 1/8 inches.
