in my estimation this is one of the greatest new innovations for us backpack hikers, campers. lightweight, durable, adjustable, bright to dim function, low battery drain, on and on.
I spent months looking for the perfect tent light. I wanted one that provided 360 degree lighting, high and low beam, was short (I didn't want to hit my head on it while in the tent, and light weight. Compared to the Hozuki lantern and other Snowpeak products, this lantern is dollar store quality. It eats up batteries relatively fast, it is difficult to turn on and off, overall construction is poor. I am somewhat disappointed in this light but my wife wanted one so we got it.
