I bought the 300 and 450ml cups. They look and feel great but I ended up returning them anyhow for the hadled cups. Even though they do protect you from heat they still get quite hot if you fill them since the metal will carry the heat down and over the rim. I ordered one 450ml and one 300 ml double wall seppou stacking mug. good quality and light weight. I use the 450 ml as a bowl for eating and the 300 ml for drinking while camping. the double wall is insulated so my hands will not be hurt from the hot meals and drinks.
