The Ti-Double H200 Stacking Mug is made of Japanese titanium utilizing a historic manufacturing process. With its double-wall insulation, the H200 Stacking Mug is designed for hot and cold beverages. Pair the H200 Ti-Double Stacking Mug with the Ti-Double H450 Stacking Mug or Ti-Double H300 Stacking Mug, and nest them together for easy storage at home or outdoors.
Please note: double-walled titanium cannot be used for cooking or placed over a heat source.

This completes my set of the Titanium Cups. I have purchased the 860ml - 200ml and they are all great. Each cup fits into another saving space in your backpack.

Great for keeping things hot or cold. The 450 is the perfect size for coffee, soup or a beer. The 300 works in smaller cup holders and more suited for coffee, tea or a cocktail.

This is my first camping mug and I bought 200ml version. It is small and sized like a paper cup.
It is very light and balanced. Not easy to knock over like paper cups. Not to mention it keep warm/cool much longer than any types of mugs.

Item is as described except for water capacity. It holds more like 400 ml, which doesn't bother me but makes me wonder why it's called the 450. I got this one because I didn't think I needed handles. It keeps hot drinks hot for a good while.
