I saw this on a Youtube site, namely The Outdoor Gear Review. I will agree that some folks will say this is an overpriced toy and not necessary for camping. I was able to use it on a day hike just before the ''social distancing'' kicked in hard. First thought to go through my feeble mind as it slid out of the box; it is encased in a pretty reasonably heavy duty fitted nylon case. Neat, pretty neat. What this means is it is not going to slice a backpack open when a person takes it on a picnic, nor is it going to emerge covered in gunk which so many VW camper bins seem to attract. This is a great little table to have. Assembles and collapses super easy. I use it as a night stand inside the tent, keeps my phone and glasses within easy reach so I am not trying to dig for it in a pocket in the morning. Been looking for a small, light weight, stable, easily packed table to use out in the bush. This SOTO Field Hopper fits the bill. Excellent design and quality. It’s absolutely a perfect companion / stand for my Firebox Nano Stove. It also makes a great night stand in my rooftop tent. I love this little folding Soto table. If you’re considering purchasing this table I wouldn’t hesitate.
