Sunflair's Standard Solar Oven reaches temperatures of up to 285 F depending on season and location. Closed cell insulation aides in maintaining simmering temperature of 180 - 190 F. Simmering helps to ensure tender and flavorful food. All year cooking below 40 degrees latitude and three-season cooking above. Solar cooking is best when the UV index exceeds 4.image

Easy to set up and pack up

Using the included recipes I cooked brown rice that was done in 90 minutes and hard boiled eggs without water. My one tip would be to remember to wear sunglasses when looking into all that reflected glare.
