"Most dissatisfied customer! Ordered 2 items via mastercard. Payment was reflected on my credit card online statement, yet you needed verification ID, which my bank was shocked that merchandise requested due to small amount. What's the point of refunding me when you have already charged me? Can you send the items to me or what should I do? Repurchase will result in same verification, of which the bank does not have for small amount. Ordering from Australia is a problem?"
