"We searched for a neat 3 person tent that was light enough for hiking and we found the Big Agnes Mountain Glow. Other sites featured this tent for $150 more. I searched for better pricing, but found that the lower price eliminated the tent's footprint. I stumbled upon this site and found the tent for approximately $200 cheaper and it included a free gift, which happened to be the tent's footprint! The service was great as well. I had forgotten to include my condo. number in the address section while checking out. I contacted the folks at Campsaver and they changed the delivery address while waving the $12 fee to do so. We made one more call to Campsaver upon receiving the tent. This particular tent has a lighting feature. We were expecting to see a string of lights. We felt very stupid once the customer service representative talked us through how the LED lighting is built into the tent. He guided us through how they turn on over the phone. We have been out twice with this tent and I highly recommend it. This past weekend we survived a trip into our state park through a major rain storm without any leaks. I highly recommend this site for your camping needs. Great pricing, friendly service and quality products."

"I purchase this tent after reviewing many for the one I thought was the best quality for the money. It was more money than I would normally want to spend for a tent but I wanted it to last. When it arrived I set it up immediately in my back yard. Upon inspection I notice a slight tear in the netting. After sending pictures to CampSaver, the representative told me it was a factory defect and to contract the company directly and they agreed to fix it. Upset that CampSaver wasn't taking care of this issue, I wrote a note to the CampSaver and expressed my dissatisfaction. At that point they did offer to replace the tent, which should have occurred in the first place. I was not happy with the purchase and wrote a bad review online."
