BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! "I placed an order for the first time recently and requested a price match. My request was approved in a very timely matter, which I was super happy about, however I had already placed my order not knowing how the entire procedure worked. I didn't realize that you are provided with a code to apply to your order for the difference. Anyway, I spoke with Nicole from customer service who was amazing!! She explained how their price match guarantee worked. She was able to help me with the price adjustment which I really appreciated. Not only did she help me with my issue but she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. It was probably the best customer service that I have encountered online. I will definitely be a return customer thanks to Nicole and I highly recommend Campsaver!" |

Great Customer Service! "Even though I'm not a hiker I really like the CampSaver website. It was easy to use and had great photos of some of the items I was interested in. I bought a pair of hiking boot and when I became concerned about the arrival time I called customer service. I spoke to Brad and he was really helpful. Not only did he help to confirm the arrival time of my boots, he also took some extra time to answer some additional questions that I had. I love when a company offers not only quality products but awesome customer service is even more important to me." |
